To accelerate the process of introducing medical talents, the Ningbo University Health Science Center, led by its department heads in collaboration with the Human Resources Department, affiliated colleges, and hospitals, embarked on a series of recruitment events from September to November. The team visited cities including Beijing, Chongqing, Chengdu, Xi'an, Dalian, Tianjin, Nanjing, Wuhan, Changsha, and Guangzhou, participating in numerous specialized recruitment fairs for medical PhD talents. Through close cooperation with provincial and municipal talent markets and well-known domestic recruitment platforms, the recruitment efforts have achieved significant results.

At various recruitment fairs, the booth of Ningbo University Health Science Center attracted many PhD candidates who stopped to inquire. The staff warmly received them and provided detailed introductions about the development history, academic strengths, research platforms, talent policies, and career development paths of the Health Science Center, fully demonstrating the center’s emphasis on and expectations for talent. The center also offered a range of attractive incentives, including competitive salaries, research start-up funds, and housing subsidies, to attract more outstanding talents to join.

In key locations such as Beijing, Wuhan, and Guangzhou, preliminary agreements were reached with several PhD candidates for postdoctoral positions, injecting fresh blood into the postdoctoral stations. In the future, the Health Science Center will continue to actively participate in various talent recruitment fairs, constantly broaden channels for talent introduction, and provide strong support for the advancement of Ningbo's Peak Medical Plan and the sustainable development of medical affairs. The center will also adopt an even more open attitude, welcoming outstanding talents from both home and abroad to join and collectively promote the development of healthcare.
