Speaker Profile: Yang Donghua

Dr. Yang Donghua is the Executive Dean of the New York Institute of Chinese Medicine and a Professor at the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, St. John's University (USA). An expert in immunohistochemistry and anticancer drug resistance, her research focuses on biobank management, tumor biomarkers, anticancer drug resistance mechanisms, and natural product discovery. She has published over 140 peer-reviewed papers in high-impact journals such as Cancer Discovery, PNAS, Cell Reports, Drug Resistance Updates, Molecular Cancer, and Clinical Cancer Research.

Dr. Yang is the author of multiple monographs published by Elsevier and Springer, and has been an invited speaker at numerous international conferences and academic institutions. She currently serves as the Senior Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Drug Resistance Updates and is a regular reviewer for over 70 journals, including Blood, Advanced Science, Molecular Cancer, Biomaterials, Cancer Research, and Cancer Letters.
