Prof. Zhe-Sheng Chen is a Tenured Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at St. John's University, USA, serving as the Director of the Institute of Biotechnology and the Director of the Cancer Pharmacology Division, Department of Pharmacy. A renowned scholar in the field of cancer pharmacology, his research focuses on mechanisms of tumor drug resistance and the development of resistance-reversing agents.
Prof. Chen has published over 550 high-impact papers in leading international journals such as Chemical Society Review, Cell Research, Advanced Materials, Nature Communications, Advanced Science, Molecular Cancer, Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy, Drug Resistance Updates, Cancer Research, Clinical Cancer Research, and Journal of Biological Chemistry. His work has been cited more than 40,000 times, with an H-index of 98. He has received prestigious awards including the AACR Young Scientist Award and the Young Investigator Award at International Cancer Conferences. Currently, Prof. Chen serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Drug Resistance Updates and Recent Patents on Anticancer Drug Discovery, and as an editorial board member for 27 journals including Cancer Letters, Chinese Medicine, and MedComm.
