Speaker: Wen Tao

Bio: Researcher/Professor/Doctoral Supervisor at Beijing Chaoyang Hospital affiliated with Capital Medical University. Graduated with a Ph.D. in Internal Medicine from the Third Hospital of Peking University in 2007, followed by postdoctoral and visiting scholar positions at the Oklahoma Medical Research Center in the USA and National University of Singapore from 2008 to 2012. Returned to China in 2012 and has since been engaged in the basic research and teaching of inflammation and tumor biology. In recent years, he has led five National Natural Science Foundation projects, one Beijing Natural Science Foundation project, and received the Beijing Outstanding Overseas Scholar Award as well as the Beijing Health System High-Level Talent Training Program. He has served as the Acting Department Director for Oncology at the National Natural Science Foundation's medical department. As the first author or corresponding author, he has published over 40 SCI articles, including authoritative journals such as "J Clin Invest," "Nat Commun," "Oncogene," "Respiratory Res," etc.; also participated in editing a monograph.
