Recently, after meticulous site selection, planning, and decoration, the Talent Home of Ningbo University Health Science Center located in Room A103 of Wang Changlai Building has been officially launched. This marks an important step forward for the Health Science Center in building a talent service system. The Talent Home, carefully built upon the foundation of the original Party Members' Home of the Health Science Center, fully implements the principle of "Party-managed talent" strategy, strengthens the leadership of the Party over talent work, and provides comprehensive and multi-level service guarantees for talents at the Health Science Center and its affiliated hospitals.
The construction goal of the Talent Home is to establish a platform for exchange and cooperation among all types of talent through diversified service functions such as promotion and display, talent introduction, service assurance, negotiation and communication, and social cohesion. The Talent Home is committed to creating a warm "home" where every talent can find a sense of belonging and identity.
